We measure before we coach.
Every M4P athlete starts with an assessment — a movement screen, athletic testing, and their swing or delivery on film. They leave with a written evaluation and a 4-week plan built from it, then re-test against it. That's how progress stops being a guess.

The why behind the numbers
A radar gun tells you the swing is slow. It can't tell you it's slow because the load pushes instead of pulls. The biomechanics screening puts your athlete's swing or delivery on slow-motion film and breaks it down frame by frame, joint by joint — so the plan fixes the cause, not the symptom.
Training is measured on
Measurement alone says
“Exit velo: 68 mph.”
A grade. No cause, no plan.
The biomechanics screening says
“68 — and here's the frame that's costing you the next five.”
A cause, a priority, and four weeks of work aimed at exactly that frame.

Our proven athlete development process
A clear, repeatable path from first assessment to documented growth.
Movement & Skill Screen
We start with how the athlete actually moves — a screen of mechanics, mobility, and athleticism specific to their position and sport.
Skill & Mechanics Evaluation
Hitting, throwing, fielding, or pitching is evaluated against M4P's development framework to find the real limiters — not just symptoms.
Baseline & Data Capture
We capture a clear baseline so progress is measurable, not a guess. This becomes the athlete's starting line.
Personalized 4-Week Plan
Each athlete leaves with a structured 4-week development plan built around their assessment — reviewed and approved by their instructor.
Private Instruction
The plan comes to life in focused private sessions, with coaching that keeps the athlete accountable to the work.
Re-Test & Track Progress
We re-test against the baseline so families see real, documented growth — and the next plan is built on it.

We first signed up with Connor in the Spring, within 3 lessons, my son was seeing the ball much better and making solid contact at the plate. … My son was on the verge of leaving baseball, before we met Coach Connor. Now every week, he happily asks “do we still have my lesson this Friday?”

Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.

From day one, it was completely obvious that Andrew operates with a “kids-first” mentality. He has a gift for balancing high-level athletic training with a supportive, encouraging, and trusting environment where ballplayers truly learn and thrive. If you get the opportunity to have Coach Andrew work with your child, jump on it.

My son has been going here, and in a short amount of time & has made so much progress! Not only that, he enjoys it! He's sees first hand things to work on with his mechanics & how to adjust. It's been game changer for him.

Coach Andy is great! He's worked with a handful of my pitchers & hitters and was a huge part of my team's success this past season. Highly recommend sending your players to him.

Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are amazing! My son loves working with them and it is definitely paying off. Logan has come such a long way in a short time with these coaches.

Connor has been fantastic for our son. This really is an exceptional program focused on developing the right things.

This program helped my son realize where the power in a swing comes from. Also broke down the basic mechanics and focused on them little by little. My son and I really do appreciate the way this develops you slow and steady not drastic changes in Hopes of big results.

I think my son has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and Connor have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.
