M4P

The M4P App

The app Movement 4 Power is building for its athletes: plan, progress and coach notes in one place. This page lists what is released, what is planned and what is only an idea, and keeps those apart.

Launch list

One email when it launches

No date has been announced. Join the launch list and you get one email on launch day, plus confirmed release updates before then. Nothing else unless you tick the newsletter box.

Signed up on the old waitlist form?

You will get exactly what that form promised: “One email when the app launches. Nothing else.” You do not need to sign up again unless you want release updates too.

Released, planned, ideas

What the app does, and what it does not do yet

Released

Shipped and verified by the owner.

Nothing has been released yet. This list stays empty until a feature is in a build you can download.

Planned

On the build list. No release date is attached to any of these.

  • Athlete dashboard

Your plan, your progress and your next session in one place.

  • Progress tracking

Measurable growth over time, not a feeling.

  • Personalized plans

Your 4-week development plan, updated by your M4P coach.

  • Video library

Drills and instruction on demand, matched to your plan.

  • Coach updates

Feedback and notes from your instructor.

  • Performance data

The numbers behind the development, visualized.

Ideas

Being considered. Not committed, not scheduled.

None listed. Anything speculative would appear here, labelled as an idea, never as a promise.

Training today

How the app relates to training

Today an M4P athlete leaves the assessment with a written evaluation and a 4-week plan as a PDF, and re-tests against the baseline every eight weeks. The app is meant to bring that cycle into one place; the coaching does not wait for it.

Questions

App questions, answered plainly

  • When does the app launch?

No date has been announced. The launch list hears first, and we only announce a date once it is certain.

  • Which platforms?

Not confirmed yet. We will list the platforms and the store links on this page the day they exist.

  • Is the app included with training?

Not announced. Nothing about pricing or inclusion with a membership has been decided publicly.

  • I signed up for the waitlist before. What will I get?

Exactly what the form said then: one email when the app launches, and nothing else, unless you choose more on this page.

  • Does the app work with the S1 sensor?

That relationship is not confirmed. We will state exactly what works together when it is.

Built By EVRT

The M4P app is engineered by EVRT

The M4P app — and the entire Movement 4 Power platform — is designed and built by EVRT, a St. Louis–based digital infrastructure and software studio. From the website and booking systems to the athlete app itself, the technology behind M4P is engineered, hosted, and continuously improved by EVRT.

The coaching does not wait for the app

Book a $50 assessment: a measured baseline, a written evaluation and a 4-week plan. No app needed.
