Background

The coach who built the system

Connor played his college ball at St. Louis Community College, was a Division I commit, and was offered a non-drafted free agent contract by the Milwaukee Brewers. He built M4P to bring the structured, data-driven development he trained under to baseball and softball athletes across St. Louis.

He's Driveline Education certified, serves as the High School Director for Southside Prospects, and builds every M4P assessment, evaluation report and program himself — so the system your athlete trains in is the one he designed, not one he licensed.

Parents on Google describe what that looks like in practice: athletes seeing the ball better within a few lessons, stepping in with confidence, and asking to come back.

The Approach

How Connor develops a hitter

Measure first, coach second. Every athlete starts on film and on the tools — then the plan attacks the one or two things the film actually shows.

The swing on film, frame by frame

Load, launch, contact, finish — checked against the checkpoints Connor teaches every hitter. The biomechanics screening takes this joint by joint.

Numbers with the tools on the floor

HitTrax, Blast Motion and Pocket Radar put a real baseline under the coaching — exit velo, bat speed, and where they move after four weeks of work.

A written plan, then a re-test

Every assessment ends in a written evaluation and a free 4-week program Connor builds from it. The block is won on film, not on feel.

Add the biomechanics screening to your session with Connor

A slow-motion, frame-by-frame breakdown of your athlete's swing or delivery — joint by joint, checkpoint by checkpoint — added to the written report.

We first signed up with Connor in the Spring, within 3 lessons, my son was seeing the ball much better and making solid contact at the plate. … My son was on the verge of leaving baseball, before we met Coach Connor. Now every week, he happily asks “do we still have my lesson this Friday?”

Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.

Connor and Zane have been a pleasure to work with. My son has shown a lot of improvement in his swing and we can't wait to see how much more he will continue to learn!

Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are amazing! My son loves working with them and it is definitely paying off. Logan has come such a long way in a short time with these coaches.

I think my son has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and Connor have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.

Booking with Connor — FAQ

How do I book with Connor?

Use the form on this page — Connor is preselected as your instructor. Every M4P athlete starts with an assessment (from $50; hitting-and-pitching, fielding and catching combinations available), and we email you within 24 hours to confirm your exact session time.

Where and when are lessons?

Center STL — 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123. Lessons run Monday – Friday · 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

What happens at the first session?

The assessment: a movement pattern screen, athletic testing, and your athlete's swing or delivery on film. You get a written evaluation and a free 4-week program built from it — then re-tests measure the progress against that baseline.

What's the biomechanics screening?

An add-on to any assessment (+$75): your athlete's swing or delivery slowed down and broken down frame by frame, joint by joint, against the checkpoints we coach — so the plan fixes the cause, not the symptom.

Does Connor coach softball players too?

Yes — M4P trains baseball and softball athletes, and the assessment-first system is the same for both.
