A checklist your hitter can run without you
Most young hitters have been given ten cues and can hold onto none of them. We teach three. Few enough to remember in the box, specific enough to self-diagnose.
The three checkpoints, on video
The exact three positions we check on every hitter we coach — shown on real athlete footage, slowed down far enough that you can actually see them.
How to tell which one broke
A hitter in a slump almost always has one checkpoint slipping, not three. You will leave able to look at a swing and name which one it is.
What the numbers really mean
Bat speed, exit velocity, rotational acceleration — what each one tells you, what it does not, and which is worth chasing at your player's age.
Two drills per checkpoint
Six drills total, each tied to a specific checkpoint, each with the one thing to watch for. No equipment you do not already own.
What to do with twenty minutes
How to structure three short sessions a week so practice at home is development instead of repetition.
Live Q&A with Connor and Zane
Bring a question, or send your player's swing video ahead of time and we will break it down live on the call.

This is the framework we actually use
The three checkpoints are not seminar content invented for a webinar — they are what every M4P hitter is coached against, measured on Blast Motion and HitTrax, and re-tested on every eight weeks.
What M4P parents say
100% worth it! We were going so slow [somewhere else] and not getting anywhere. In the few lessons he had during the season he had with you, not only did his athletic ability grow, but so did his confidence. This is why he continues going!
Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.
I think Aladin has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and you have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.
Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are the best!! So lucky to have them working with Logan.
I have definitely referred for sure.
1000% yes.
Seminar FAQ
Is it actually free?
Yes. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel. Register with a name and an email and you are in. We run it because the fastest way to show a family how we coach is to coach.
Do I need Microsoft Teams?
No account and nothing to install. The seminar runs on Microsoft Teams, and the join link opens right in your browser — laptop, phone, or tablet. Everyone registered gets the link by email.
What if I cannot make it that night?
Register anyway. The replay goes out to everyone on the list the same night, along with the Hitting Development Guide, and both are yours to keep whether you watched live or not.
Who is this for?
Parents, players and coaches — baseball and softball, roughly 8U through high school. Younger players get more out of it with a parent watching alongside them.
Does my player need to be there?
It works either way. Plenty of parents watch alone and bring one checkpoint back to the driveway. If your player is twelve or older, watching together tends to be better — you end up sharing the same language for the swing.
Can I send a swing video ahead of time?
Please do. Reply to your confirmation email with a clip from the side and one from the front, and we will try to get to it live. We do not put names on screen unless you tell us it is fine.
Are you going to sell me something?
At the end we spend about two minutes on what M4P does and how to start. That is it. The other seventy-three minutes are the seminar, and if you never buy a thing from us you still leave with the checkpoints and the drills.
Do I need any equipment?
No. It is a video and whiteboard session — you can watch it on a phone. If your player wants a bat in hand to try the positions, that is a bonus, not a requirement.
