Hitting Lessons in St. Louis

Most hitters don't plateau because they stopped working. They plateau because nobody ever told them what to check when the swing goes bad. We teach three checkpoints — few enough to remember in the box, specific enough to self-diagnose — so practice turns into development instead of repetition.

What we work on

Every athlete gets a plan, not a drill of the day

A swing you can repeat

Mechanics and sequencing built around three checkpoints your athlete can run themselves, at practice or in a game, without a coach standing there.

Bat speed that's actually trained

Real bat speed comes from how force is produced and transferred, not from swinging harder. We train the movement underneath the swing, not just the swing.

Approach and swing decisions

Mechanics only show up in games if the hitter swings at the right pitches. We work counts, zones, and the plan a hitter takes into an at-bat.

Measured, not guessed

We capture a baseline at the assessment and re-test against it, so you see documented progress instead of taking our word for it.

What M4P parents say

100% worth it! We were going so slow [somewhere else] and not getting anywhere. In the few lessons he had during the season he had with you, not only did his athletic ability grow, but so did his confidence. This is why he continues going!
Isidra C.Daniel's mom
Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.
Julie M.Stan's mom
I think Aladin has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and you have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.

Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are the best!! So lucky to have them working with Logan.

Questions parents ask

Hitting lessons FAQ

What age should my kid start hitting lessons?

We work with athletes from about age 8 through high school. Younger players get shorter, movement-focused sessions; older players get more mechanical detail and game-approach work. The right starting point is whenever a player wants to get better and is willing to work.

How long before we see a difference?

Contact quality and confidence usually move first, often within the first few sessions. Bat speed is a strength and movement quality, so it builds over months. We re-test against the baseline so you can see which is moving.

Do we have to start with an assessment?

Yes, and it's deliberate. The $50 assessment is how we find out what's actually limiting your athlete instead of guessing. You leave with a written evaluation and a personalized 4-week plan, and every lesson after that works off it.

What do lessons cost?

The assessment is $50. Ongoing training runs $150 for four sessions, $175 for an assessment plus three sessions, or $275 for eight sessions. There's no membership fee and no long-term contract.

Where are lessons held?

At Center STL, 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123 — just off Gravois in the Affton area of South County, with easy access from I-55, I-270, and Highway 30. Families come to us from South County, Jefferson County, and across the metro.

Start with the assessment

$50, about an hour, and you leave knowing exactly where your athlete is and what the next four weeks look like.
