What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, who it goes to, and how to have it removed.

Last updated 13 August 2026

1. Who we are

Movement 4 Power ("M4P", "we") is a baseball and softball athlete development company operating in St. Louis, Missouri, out of Center STL, 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123. M4P is a Devoted Athletics brand. Payments for our programs and events are processed and invoiced under Everett Advisors LLC, our parent company — that is the name you will see at checkout and on your card statement.

This policy covers www.movement4power.com. Questions, corrections and deletion requests go to info@movement4power.com or (636) 331-1782.

2. What we collect, and where

We only collect what a form asks for. There is no account system on this site, no login, and no profile built in the background. This is the complete list of forms and the fields each one submits.

Digital program orderYour name, email address, and athlete name (optional).

We do not ask for payment card numbers anywhere on this site. Card and bank details are entered on Intuit QuickBooks' own secure checkout pages and are never transmitted to or stored by us.

3. Information about athletes under 18

Our booking and seminar forms are written for a parent or legal guardian to complete on an athlete's behalf, and the athlete information they collect — name, age, age group, playing experience — is supplied by that adult. Our services are sold to parents and guardians, not marketed to or purchased by children.

Please do not enter medical information, injury history or any other sensitive detail into a free-text notes field. If it is relevant to your athlete's training, tell an instructor directly so it can be handled appropriately rather than sent through a web form.

If you believe a child has submitted information to us without a parent or guardian, contact us and we will delete it.

4. Information collected automatically

When you arrive from a link, an ad, a QR code or another website, we record where you came from so we know which of our efforts are working. That means campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), advertising click identifiers if present (gclid, fbclid, msclkid), the website that referred you, and the first page you landed on. If you later submit a form, that origin is attached to your submission.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are visited, on what kind of device, and where visitors come from. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

5. Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies. None are used for advertising, and we do not sell or share them with advertising networks.

CookiePurpose and lifetime
_ga and _ga_*Set by Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. Typically up to 2 years.
m4p_attr_firstRecords where you first arrived from, so we can tell which campaigns bring people in. 90 days.
m4p_attr_lastRecords the most recent campaign or referring site you arrived from. 90 days.
m4p_cidStores the Google Analytics visitor identifier so a completed purchase can be matched to the visit that produced it. 90 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them; we simply lose the ability to tell where a visit came from. Browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are not currently acted on automatically — email us if you would like your information removed.

6. How we use it

  • To reply to you, confirm a session time, or answer a question you asked.
  • To register you for an event such as a seminar or camp, or an athlete for an assessment or program, and to send the confirmation, the joining or payment link, and anything we promised with it.
  • To deliver a digital program or free guide you requested.
  • To keep a record of customers and registrations for accounting and scheduling.
  • To understand which pages, campaigns and referrals bring families to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

7. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

ProviderWhat it handles
VercelHosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
ResendSends confirmation, receipt and guide emails, and alerts us to new enquiries.
Google Analytics 4Aggregate site usage measurement.
Intuit QuickBooksPayments, invoicing and accounting records, under Everett Advisors LLC.
Our internal enquiry logNew enquiries are copied into a private spreadsheet or automation tool so nothing is missed.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries and registrations are kept while there is an active or reasonably expected relationship with your family, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting and record-keeping. Payment and invoice records are retained by Everett Advisors LLC for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Download links for purchased digital programs expire 30 days after they are issued.

9. Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you or your athlete.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you.

Email info@movement4power.com and we will action it. We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list, so the emails you receive from us are replies, confirmations, receipts and the specific guide or program you asked for.

10. Photography and video

We photograph and film at camps, assessments and training sessions, and use that footage in athlete evaluations, on this site and on our social channels. Testimonials on this site are published only where the family gave us permission to publish them. If you would prefer your athlete not appear in anything public, tell us before the session or email us at any time and we will remove them.

11. Changes

If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
