A decade of developing young players
Andrew brings more than ten years of coaching and a lifetime around the game — a former player at Pattonville High School, Legion Baseball, and St. Louis Community College–Meramec who has helped build programs and develop athletes across hitting and pitching.
He's a USA Baseball coach — including coaching at the SLBBA USA international games in Japan — and the head coach of the 13U Prospects, with a track record of developing youth athletes.
The reviews say the rest: a kids-first mentality, high-level training inside an encouraging environment, and — from a coach whose staff he worked with — “a huge part of my team's success this past season.”
How Andrew develops an arm and a bat
Confidence, fundamentals, work habits, opportunity — in that order. The measurement exists so a young athlete can see themselves getting better.
The delivery on video, frame by frame
Arm slot, hips-to-shoulders sequence, a front leg that holds — the pitching checkpoints, checked on slow-motion film with strike-throwing and arm-care work built around them.
Hitting fundamentals that stick
Mechanics broken down and rebuilt little by little — steady development over drastic overhauls, which is exactly how parents describe his work.
A plan a kid can follow
Written evaluation, free 4-week program, and a re-test — with the athlete understanding every piece of it, not just doing it.

Add the biomechanics screening to your session with Andrew
A slow-motion, frame-by-frame breakdown of your athlete's swing or delivery — joint by joint, checkpoint by checkpoint — added to the written report.

From day one, it was completely obvious that Andrew operates with a “kids-first” mentality. He has a gift for balancing high-level athletic training with a supportive, encouraging, and trusting environment where ballplayers truly learn and thrive. Where and when are lessons?
Center STL — 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123. Lessons run Monday – Friday · 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
What happens at the first session?
The assessment: a movement pattern screen, athletic testing, and your athlete's swing or delivery on film. You get a written evaluation and a free 4-week program built from it — then re-tests measure the progress against that baseline.
What's the biomechanics screening?
An add-on to any assessment (+$75): your athlete's swing or delivery slowed down and broken down frame by frame, joint by joint, against the checkpoints we coach — so the plan fixes the cause, not the symptom.
What ages does Andrew work with?
M4P trains athletes roughly ages 5–22. Andrew's track record is in youth development — he's the 13U Prospects head coach — and he works with high school arms and bats as well.
