Pitching Lessons in St. Louis
Velocity is the thing everyone asks about and the thing that gets young arms hurt when it's chased carelessly. We build pitchers the other way around: healthy mechanics and command first, workload respected, velocity as the result of a body that moves well — not the goal we sacrifice the arm for.

Every athlete gets a plan, not a drill of the day
Mechanics that repeat
Delivery and sequencing an athlete can hold under fatigue, because mechanics that only work in the first inning aren't mechanics.
Command before velocity
Strike-throwing and the ability to locate. A pitcher who can command two pitches beats one who throws harder and walks the side.
Arm care and workload
A real prep and recovery routine, plus honest conversations about pitch counts and rest. Our free arm-care guide is the same framework.
Pitch design when it's time
Once the delivery repeats and the fastball is commanded, we build out the secondary pitches — in that order, not before.

What M4P parents say
100% worth it! We were going so slow [somewhere else] and not getting anywhere. In the few lessons he had during the season he had with you, not only did his athletic ability grow, but so did his confidence. This is why he continues going!
Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.
I think Aladin has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and you have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.
Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are the best!! So lucky to have them working with Logan.
I have definitely referred for sure.
1000% yes.
Pitching lessons FAQ
How young is too young for pitching lessons?
Around 9 or 10 is a reasonable floor for structured pitching work, and even then the emphasis is movement quality and strike-throwing rather than velocity. We would rather build a healthy delivery early than chase radar readings and rebuild an arm later.
My kid's arm hurts. Can you fix it?
We are coaches, not medical providers. Pain is a doctor's call first — see a sports medicine physician or physical therapist. Once you're cleared, we'll build the mechanics and workload plan that keeps it from coming back.
Do we have to start with an assessment?
Yes, and it's deliberate. The $50 assessment is how we find out what's actually limiting your athlete instead of guessing. You leave with a written evaluation and a personalized 4-week plan, and every lesson after that works off it.
What do lessons cost?
The assessment is $50. Ongoing training runs $150 for four sessions, $175 for an assessment plus three sessions, or $275 for eight sessions. There's no membership fee and no long-term contract.
Where are lessons held?
At Center STL, 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123 — just off Gravois in the Affton area of South County, with easy access from I-55, I-270, and Highway 30. Families come to us from South County, Jefferson County, and across the metro.
Start with the assessment
$50, about an hour, and you leave knowing exactly where your athlete is and what the next four weeks look like.
