Terms & Policies
What you are buying, when it arrives, how refunds and cancellation work, and the limits of what we promise.

1. Who you are contracting with
Movement 4 Power ("M4P", "we") is a baseball and softball athlete development company in St. Louis, Missouri, and a Devoted Athletics brand. Purchases are processed and invoiced under Everett Advisors LLC, our parent company — that is the name that appears at checkout, on your invoice and on your card statement. Using this site or buying anything through it means you accept these terms.
If an athlete is under 18, the parent or legal guardian is the customer, is responsible for payment, and is agreeing to these terms on the athlete's behalf.
2. In-person training and assessments
Assessments are $50 and run approximately 60 minutes at Center STL, 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis. Booking through this site is a request: we confirm your exact session time by email or phone, normally within one business day. Your session is not scheduled until we confirm it.
Membership rates are quoted at the assessment rather than published here, because the right programme depends on the athlete's age, discipline and testing results.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as used.
3. Physical activity, health and supervision
Baseball and softball training is strenuous physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling an athlete you confirm they are in adequate health to take part, and that you have told us about any condition, injury or limitation that affects what they should be doing.
A signed release and participation agreement from a parent or legal guardian is required before any athlete takes part in an in-person session, camp or showcase. We collect this before participation begins.
Our instructors are coaches, not medical professionals. Nothing we provide — in a session, in a written evaluation, or in a program — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Arm-care and workload guidance is general coaching guidance intended to support sensible training loads; it is not a guarantee against injury. If an athlete is in pain, stop and see a qualified medical professional.
4. Digital programs
Digital programs are delivered as PDFs. Because payment is confirmed manually against our accounting records, delivery is not instant: we confirm your payment and email your private download link within a few hours, and by the next morning at the latest. Download links are personal to you and expire 30 days after they are issued. If yours expires before you have saved the file, reply to your receipt and we will send a fresh one.
Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the program with your own athlete or household. Please do not redistribute, resell or post the files, or share them with a team or organisation — team programming is a separate product.
Refunds: if a digital program is not what you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to return or delete the file.
5. Remote assessments
A remote assessment is an evaluation built from video you record and send us. After payment we email you the filming guide and where to send your footage. The 72-hour turnaround for your written evaluation and four-week program runs from the point we receive usable footage, not from the point of purchase — if the video is unusable we will tell you what to reshoot.
Because the deliverable is prepared specifically for your athlete, refunds are available any time before we have begun the evaluation. Once the written evaluation has been sent, the work is complete.
6. Monthly remote coaching
Remote Programming and High-Touch Remote are billed monthly in advance. Enrolment is not self-serve: when you sign up we issue you an invoice, normally within one business day, with AutoPay available so the monthly billing runs itself. Your subscription starts when the first invoice is paid.
These are month-to-month. Cancel any time by emailing us before your next invoice date and you will not be billed again. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not lock you into a term. Part-months are not pro-rated; you keep access for the month you have paid for.
Turnaround commitments — programme updates, video review and coach calls — depend on you submitting the numbers and footage the programme asks for. If nothing is submitted in a billing period we cannot backdate the work.
7. Camps, showcases and events
Event registration is confirmed when payment is received, and spots are allocated in the order payments arrive. Registering without paying does not hold a place.
If you cancel more than seven days before an event we will refund you in full or move the registration to a future event, whichever you prefer. Inside seven days we cannot refund, because staffing and facility time are already committed — but tell us and we will do what we reasonably can, including transferring the spot to another athlete.
If we cancel or postpone an event for any reason, including weather or facility availability, you get a full refund or a place at the rescheduled date, your choice.
8. Team and organisation partnerships
Team partnerships run on a separate written agreement covering season dates, roster size, session counts and the payment schedule. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement governs.
9. Photography, video and athlete data
We film and photograph at sessions, camps and showcases, and we capture performance data such as bat speed, exit velocity and sprint times. We use this to build evaluations and track progress, and we may use footage and images in our own marketing. Tell us before a session, or email us at any time, if you would prefer your athlete not appear publicly — we will honour that without affecting their training.
Testimonials on this site are published only where the family gave permission. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. What we do and do not promise
We commit to structured, individualised coaching, honest measurement, and telling you what the numbers actually say. We do not promise a specific outcome — a velocity figure, a roster spot, a scholarship or a recruiting result. Athletic development depends on the athlete's work, health, genetics, playing time and a great deal outside anyone's control.
To the fullest extent Missouri law allows, our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. This website
The content of this site, including our programs, evaluation formats, written material and Inside The Game STL articles, belongs to us or our contributors. Please do not republish it commercially without asking.
We work to keep prices, dates and availability accurate. Where something is listed in error we will contact you before taking payment, or refund you if payment has already been taken.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
