Baseball Lessons in St. Louis
Lessons and development aren't the same thing. A lesson fixes what went wrong last weekend. Development is a plan that knows where your athlete is, what's limiting them, and what the next four weeks look like. That's what we build — and it's why we start every athlete with an assessment instead of a swing.

Every athlete gets a plan, not a drill of the day
Hitting
The three swing checkpoints, bat speed development, and the approach that turns cage mechanics into game at-bats.
Fielding & defense
Footwork first. Most youth infield errors are late feet, not bad hands — so we fix angles and approach before we touch glove work.
Pitching & arm care
Mechanics, command, and workload built around a durable arm. Taught by Andrew Zoellner, who has coached pitching for over a decade.
Strength, speed & performance
The engine underneath the skill — rotational power, deceleration, and the durability to get through a full season.

What M4P parents say
100% worth it! We were going so slow [somewhere else] and not getting anywhere. In the few lessons he had during the season he had with you, not only did his athletic ability grow, but so did his confidence. This is why he continues going!
Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.
I think Aladin has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and you have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.
Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are the best!! So lucky to have them working with Logan.
I have definitely referred for sure.
1000% yes.
Baseball lessons FAQ
Do you work with travel-ball players or beginners?
Both, and they're coached differently. A first-year rec player and a select travel athlete need different work, so the plan comes out of the assessment rather than a template.
Can you work with our team, not just individuals?
Yes. We run camps and team sessions, and M4P is the official training partner of Southside Prospects. Get in touch about team work and we'll build something that fits your program.
Do we have to start with an assessment?
Yes, and it's deliberate. The $50 assessment is how we find out what's actually limiting your athlete instead of guessing. You leave with a written evaluation and a personalized 4-week plan, and every lesson after that works off it.
What do lessons cost?
The assessment is $50. Ongoing training runs $150 for four sessions, $175 for an assessment plus three sessions, or $275 for eight sessions. There's no membership fee and no long-term contract.
Where are lessons held?
At Center STL, 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123 — just off Gravois in the Affton area of South County, with easy access from I-55, I-270, and Highway 30. Families come to us from South County, Jefferson County, and across the metro.
Start with the assessment
$50, about an hour, and you leave knowing exactly where your athlete is and what the next four weeks look like.
