The M4P Development Kit
Built for an athlete who is about to train for real: twelve weeks of programming, a place to write the numbers down, and the gear they will use in the cage.
Every kit$158 value
A custom 12-week program
Hitting or pitching — built by your coach from your assessment, three four-week blocks deep. Not a template with your name on it; the priorities the film actually showed, scheduled out twelve weeks.
Every kitCustom branded · Pitcher's edition for pitchers
The M4P Hitter's Notebook
Where the numbers live between sessions. Session log, checkpoint pages, and the re-test table — so the athlete, not the coach, is the one who can say what improved.
Hitting trackCustom branded · Hitting track
M4P batting gloves
A pair of M4P batting gloves in the brand colors — the ones you will see in the cage all fall.
Pitching trackCustom branded · Pitching track
M4P plyo ball & J-band set
The plyo-care and band work from the pitching program, in a branded set the athlete keeps — so the arm-care routine actually happens on the days we are not in the building.
Hitters get the gloves; pitchers get the plyo and band set. Every kit carries the 12-week program ($158 value) and the notebook. Custom-branded items are handed over at the facility within about three weeks of enrollment.
Three steps, in order
Nothing to enter. The first three families to get through all three steps with each coach get the kit.
Request your assessment
Use the form on your coach's page — Zane or Andrew is preselected. Pick hitting or pitching. It is the same $50 assessment every M4P athlete starts with: movement screen, athletic testing, film, a written report and a free 4-week program.
Pay the assessment fee — that holds your place in line
The $50 fee on the secure checkout is what puts you in the order. We email within 24 hours to confirm your session time, and the assessment happens within 14 days of booking.
Enroll in the four-session block — that locks the kit
At or after the assessment, enroll in the $150 four-session block with that coach (one focused session a week, Monday – Friday · 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM). The first three locked enrollments per coach, in order of paid assessment, get the kit.
What the assessment already includes
- Movement pattern screening
- Athletic testing
- Baseline data capture with the tools on the floor
- A written evaluation report
- A free 4-week program built from it

We first signed up with Connor in the Spring, within 3 lessons, my son was seeing the ball much better and making solid contact at the plate. … My son was on the verge of leaving baseball, before we met Coach Connor. Now every week, he happily asks “do we still have my lesson this Friday?”

Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.

From day one, it was completely obvious that Andrew operates with a “kids-first” mentality. He has a gift for balancing high-level athletic training with a supportive, encouraging, and trusting environment where ballplayers truly learn and thrive. If you get the opportunity to have Coach Andrew work with your child, jump on it.

My son has been going here, and in a short amount of time & has made so much progress! Not only that, he enjoys it! He's sees first hand things to work on with his mechanics & how to adjust. It's been game changer for him.

Coach Andy is great! He's worked with a handful of my pitchers & hitters and was a huge part of my team's success this past season. Highly recommend sending your players to him.

Connor and Zane have been a pleasure to work with. My son has shown a lot of improvement in his swing and we can't wait to see how much more he will continue to learn!
Straight answers
Is this a raffle?
No. There is nothing to enter and no drawing. The first three athletes to book, pay the assessment fee and enroll in the four-session block with each coach get the kit — in that order, decided by when the assessment fee was paid.
What does it actually cost?
$200: the $50 assessment plus the $150 four-session block — the same published rates every M4P athlete pays. The kit is on top, free. Nothing is marked up for the promotion.
How do I know if I'm in the first three?
Each coach's page shows how many kits are still open. When you pay the assessment fee we email you your place in line, and when you enroll in the block we confirm the kit is locked. If the three are gone before you enroll, you're on the waitlist and we tell you.
Which coach should we pick?
Zane for hitters who also want their defense sharpened — a two-time Conference Gold Glove infielder with a disciplined power bat. Andrew for pitchers, and for younger hitters who need fundamentals built patiently — a USA Baseball coach with ten-plus years developing youth athletes. Both run the same M4P system: measured first, coached second.
We already train with Connor. Can we book with Zane or Andrew?
Yes. The kit is for athletes new to that coach, and plenty of M4P families add a second coach for a different discipline — a Connor hitter adding pitching with Andrew, for example.
What if we book but can't make the assessment in September?
Assessments are scheduled within 14 days of booking, so a request on the last day of the window can be held into mid-October. Your place in line is set by the paid assessment fee, not by the session date.
Where are lessons?
Center STL · 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123. Individual lessons run Monday – Friday · 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Can I add the biomechanics screening?
Yes — the +$75 slow-motion, frame-by-frame breakdown can be added on the form like any assessment. It doesn't change your place in line either way.

The First Three — the rules, in full
- 1.Promotion window: requests accepted Thursday, September 3 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Central, or until all 6 kits are locked, whichever comes first.
- 2.To qualify, an athlete must (1) request an assessment with Zane Roos or Andrew Zoellner through movement4power.com, (2) pay the assessment fee, and (3) enroll in a 4-session individual lesson block ($150) with that same coach. Steps 2 and 3 are standard M4P services at standard published rates — nothing about this promotion changes what an assessment or a lesson block costs.
- 3.The M4P Development Kit is awarded to the first 3 qualifying athletes per coach, in order of paid assessment. This is a gift with purchase determined entirely by order of qualification; there is no drawing and no element of chance.
- 4.Open to baseball and softball athletes ages 8–22 who have not previously trained with that coach at M4P. Athletes under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian. One kit per athlete.
- 5.Kit contents: a custom 12-week hitting or pitching program built from the athlete's assessment ($158 value); the M4P Hitter's Notebook or Pitcher's Notebook; and, for the hitting track, a pair of M4P batting gloves, or, for the pitching track, an M4P plyo ball and J-band set. Custom-branded items are handed over at Center STL within about three weeks of enrollment; the program is delivered with the athlete's written evaluation. M4P may substitute an item of equal or greater value if a supplier delays.
- 6.No cash value, non-transferable, not combinable with other promotions. Assessment fees and lesson blocks follow M4P's standard terms and refund policy (movement4power.com/terms).
- 7.Athletes who qualify after all 3 kits for their coach are locked are placed on a waitlist and receive a kit only if an earlier qualifier withdraws before enrolling. We tell you where you stand by email.
- 8.Promoter: Movement 4 Power, a Devoted Athletics brand; purchases are invoiced under Everett Advisors LLC. Questions: info@movement4power.com or (636) 331-1782.
