Programs & Pricing

Train with purpose.

Every M4P athlete starts with an assessment, gets a plan built from their own numbers, and trains against those numbers every week. Here is everything we offer and who each program is built for.

01

Assess

A 60-minute evaluation covering movement, power production and skill. We capture Blast Motion and HitTrax data so every recommendation is tied to a number, not an opinion. $50.

02

Plan

You receive a written evaluation report and a 4-week program within 72 hours — yours to keep whether you train with us or not.

03

Train

One or two sessions per week in small groups, with two instructors in the room. Programs are grouped by age and by discipline so athletes train alongside peers at their level.

04

Re-test

Every eight weeks we re-run the testing battery. Progress is shown against your own baseline, not against a chart.

Every in-house session runs with two instructors. One coaches the rep, one reads the data and the body — so athletes get corrected inside the same swing instead of three swings later.

What does a membership cost?

It depends on the program and whether the athlete trains once or twice a week. Start with the $50 assessment — you walk out with the written report and a 4-week plan either way, and we go over the membership options and exact monthly rate once we know what the athlete actually needs.

What M4P parents say

100% worth it! We were going so slow [somewhere else] and not getting anywhere. In the few lessons he had during the season he had with you, not only did his athletic ability grow, but so did his confidence. This is why he continues going!
Isidra C.Daniel's mom
Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.
Julie M.Stan's mom
I think Aladin has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and you have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.
Selma D.Aladin's mom
Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are the best!! So lucky to have them working with Logan.
Kimberly S.Logan's mom
I have definitely referred for sure.
