How Prisha develops a softball athlete
Measure first, coach second. Every softball athlete starts on film and on the tools, and the plan goes after what the film actually shows.
The swing on film, frame by frame
Load, launch, contact, finish, checked against the checkpoints M4P teaches every hitter. The biomechanics screening takes this joint by joint.
Numbers with the tools on the floor
HitTrax and Blast Motion put a real baseline under the coaching: exit velo, bat speed, and where they move after four weeks of work.
Fielding built from the feet up
Footwork first, then glove work and clean transfers. A written evaluation and a free 4-week program aim the work, and re-tests show it moved.

Where and when are lessons?
Center STL — 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123. Lessons run Monday – Friday · 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
What happens at the first session?
The assessment: a movement pattern screen, athletic testing, and your athlete's swing on film. You get a written evaluation and a free 4-week program built from it — then re-tests measure the progress against that baseline.
What's the biomechanics screening?
An add-on to any assessment (+$75): your athlete's swing slowed down and broken down frame by frame, joint by joint, against the checkpoints we coach — so the plan fixes the cause, not the symptom.
Does Prisha teach fastpitch pitching?
No. Prisha coaches softball hitting and fielding. M4P does not offer fastpitch pitching instruction right now.
