Softball Lessons in St. Louis
Softball athletes too often get handed baseball coaching with the word softball in front of it. The swing, the angles, and the reaction windows are genuinely different, and the training should be too. We coach fastpitch athletes on their own terms and hold them to the same standard of measurement.

Every athlete gets a plan, not a drill of the day
A fastpitch swing, not a borrowed one
Mechanics and sequencing built for the fastpitch reaction window and pitch movement — including slap work when it fits the athlete.
Defense that holds up
Footwork-first fielding, glove work, and clean transfers, coached at game speed rather than from a bucket.
Movement & power
Rotational power, deceleration, and the durability to get through a long tournament season without breaking down.
Measured, not guessed
Baseline data at the assessment and a re-test against it, so progress is documented rather than assumed.

What M4P parents say
100% worth it! We were going so slow [somewhere else] and not getting anywhere. In the few lessons he had during the season he had with you, not only did his athletic ability grow, but so did his confidence. This is why he continues going!
Our son is definitely hitting the ball with more power and further than he ever has, but most importantly, he is stepping up to the plate with confidence! His whole demeanor shifted after his first session with Connor and M4P.
I think Aladin has made a lot of improvements in a short time. Zane and you have been wonderful in working with him and are very knowledgeable. I think he's had a few hard sessions, mentally, but it has helped him a lot.
Connor Jenkins and Zane Roos are the best!! So lucky to have them working with Logan.
I have definitely referred for sure.
1000% yes.
Softball lessons FAQ
Do you actually coach softball, or just baseball?
Softball athletes train with us regularly, and the work is built for fastpitch — not baseball drills relabeled. If your athlete needs something we're not the right fit for, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Can you help with fastpitch pitching?
Our strength with softball athletes is hitting, fielding, and movement/power development. For dedicated fastpitch pitching mechanics, ask us and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit or refer you on.
Do we have to start with an assessment?
Yes, and it's deliberate. The $50 assessment is how we find out what's actually limiting your athlete instead of guessing. You leave with a written evaluation and a personalized 4-week plan, and every lesson after that works off it.
What do lessons cost?
The assessment is $50. Ongoing training runs $150 for four sessions, $175 for an assessment plus three sessions, or $275 for eight sessions. There's no membership fee and no long-term contract.
Where are lessons held?
At Center STL, 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123 — just off Gravois in the Affton area of South County, with easy access from I-55, I-270, and Highway 30. Families come to us from South County, Jefferson County, and across the metro.
Start with the assessment
$50, about an hour, and you leave knowing exactly where your athlete is and what the next four weeks look like.
