What this checklist is

The hitting guide gives families a weekly framework; this checklist makes it runnable. A week-at-a-glance tick grid, the before-every-session prep list, a skill-session checklist with one cue per session, a movement and power block to fill in from a coach-written program, the game-speed day, rest and the red flags, and a weekly log that feeds the Baseline and Progress Worksheet.

What's inside

  • The week at a glance: two skill, two movement, one game-speed day and rest, as a tick grid
  • Before every session: the arm-care prep list and a bodyweight warm-up
  • Skill session checklist: one cue, quality over volume, film one rep
  • Movement and power session checklist: blocks to fill from a coach-written program
  • Rest, and the red flags that mean stop
  • The weekly log: three lines a week that feed the baseline worksheet

How to use it

  1. 1Print it and tick sessions when they are done, not when they are planned.
  2. 2Pick one cue per skill session and write it at the top of the log.
  3. 3Fill the movement block from a coach-written program; never add load from a checklist.
  4. 4Re-test at the end of the 4-week block with the worksheet.
